Standard Returns

We gladly accept returns of new, unopened, and resalable items purchased through our official website for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery.

Requirement: Items must be in original packaging with all seals intact. Items returned in poor condition will be sent back to the original shipping address.

Non-Returnable Items

Sanitary & Safety Restriction

For your protection, the following items cannot be returned once the manufacturer’s seal is broken or the item has been used:

  • Disposable Vapes & E-liquids
  • Atomizers (RDAs, RTAs, Tanks)
  • Replacement Coils & Pods
  • Rechargeable Batteries
  • Hemp & CBD Products
  • Glass Components & Accessories
  • Cigars
  • Spare Parts (Drip Tips, O-Rings)

30-Day Limited Warranty

Hardware devices (Mods, Kits, and External Chargers) include a 30-Day Limited Warranty against manufacturer defects. This coverage begins exactly on the date of confirmed delivery.

Warranty Limitations: Does not cover accidental damage (drops), water damage, misuse, disassembly, or use of non-compatible e-liquids/parts.

How to File a Claim

Our claims process is streamlined for your convenience. Please follow these steps within 30 days of receipt:

  1. Email info@vaporsummit.com.com with your Order Number.
  2. Provide a detailed description of the defect.
  3. Required: Attach clear photos or a short video demonstrating the issue.
  4. Retain all original packaging (including warranty cards) as these are required by manufacturers for processing.

Delivery Issue Policy (48-Hour Window)

Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Claims after 48 hours will not be honored.
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections (micro-scratches) are considered normal and are not covered.

Return Shipping & Refunds

Standard Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Defective Claims: We provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you once the defect is verified.

Note: Adult Signature fees, Route Protection, and original shipping charges are strictly non-refundable as these are services already rendered by third-party carriers.
