Refund & Return Policy – VaporSummit

At VaporSummit, your satisfaction is our priority. This policy details our procedures for returns, refunds, and order-related concerns.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns for unopened and unused items in their original, sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery. All returns must include the original proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in its original, undamaged packaging.

  • Product must be unused and unopened.

  • Valid order number or receipt must be provided.

💸 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Rejected Returns: We will contact you with an explanation. If applicable, the item will be returned to you at your expense.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and regulatory compliance, the following are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used vape cartridges, pods, or disposable devices.

  • Any product with a broken factory seal or packaging.

  • Items purchased during sales or clearance events.

  • Gift cards or digital products.

📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Contact support at info@vaporsummit.com and provide:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • A brief description of the issue.
    We will promptly arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at our discretion.

❌ Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement without penalty. After this period, cancellation may not be possible as warehouse processing begins immediately to ensure fast shipping.
