Warranty Services
Hardware devices purchased directly from our website include a 30-Day Limited Warranty starting from the date of delivery. Please note that initial contact with our support team does not extend or renew the warranty period. For extended warranty coverage, you may also contact the product manufacturer directly for After-Sales Service.
Products Not Covered Under the 30-Day Warranty
The following items are excluded from warranty coverage:
Atomizers (including leaky RDAs & Tanks)
Cigars
Disposable Vapes
Glass Products and Glass Accessories
Hemp Products
Rechargeable Batteries
Replacement Coils
Replacement Pods
Spare Parts (such as Drip Tips, Glasses, O-Rings)
How to File a Warranty Claim
To request warranty services, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@vaporsummit.com or through our Contact Form. The defective item must be returned to our facility before a refund or store credit can be issued.
Warranty Limitations
The warranty does not cover:
Accidental damage
Misuse, abuse, or user error
Disassembly or modifications
Any consequentail or incidential damages
Some brands may require warranty claims to be submitted directly to their After-Sales Service department.
⚠️ Important:
Certain manufacturers require the original warranty card from the packaging to process warranty claims. Please retain all packaging materials until your warranty period has expired.
Atomizers and replacement parts (Tanks, RDAs, Coils, Pods, etc.) are often not covered by manufacturer warranties. Please refer to the manufacturer’s website for details.
